Your acceptance of these terms as laid down under the Disclosure and Disclaimer shall be considered as Your consent to use the services and products provided by the Platform (collectively referred to herein as “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by Us.
The Platform, including any content or information contained within it or any site linked to the Website/App, or any product or service licensed or purchased through it, is provided on an “as is” basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under applicable law.
We do not warrant that your access to the Website/App and/or related Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website/App or the servers provided herein are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of, or any consequences resulting from the use of, any product and/or Service purchased in terms of its compatibility, correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Platform and all related Services.
Except as provided under the Platform’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, International Money Matters Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, consultants, business partners, or third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages (including without limitation loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or interruption of business) under any theory of law, arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the Platform or in reliance on the information available on the Platform.
The prices and values of investments, and the income derived from them, can increase or decrease based on various market and economic factors.
Changes in tax laws or rates of exchange may affect the value, price, and income from investments. IMMPL does not provide tax advice. The level of taxation depends on individual circumstances, and Users are advised to consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the applicable tax consequences.
The information on the Platform is provided solely to enable investors to make informed decisions and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or otherwise deal in investments. You acknowledge and agree that the Company has offered its Services, set its prices, and entered into this Agreement in reliance upon the limitations of liability set forth herein, which reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between You and the Company. The Company would not be able to provide the Services on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations.
In all cases, the Company and its directors, officers, advisors, employees, agents, sponsors, consultants, business partners, or Service Providers will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable or beyond the control or management of the Company or its Service Providers.
Our automated systems may collect and analyze data about your browsing patterns or investment choices on the Platform to provide you with personalized features or recommendations. However, IMMPL urges you to make your own independent investment decisions. Viewing information on the Website or App does not constitute investment advice or solicitation.
The Platform may contain links or pointers to other websites or services (for example, for payments, KYC verification, or transactions). IMMPL does not operate or control such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any linked website before providing any confidential information.
You understand and agree that all communications from the Platform will be shared with your registered email address and mobile number. Any updates to contact details must be promptly made on the Platform by you. The accuracy of information provided for Know Your Client (KYC) verification is solely your responsibility. Delays or rejections caused by third-party KYC agencies or regulatory bodies are beyond the control of the Platform.
Your personal information will be used for account creation, KYC processing, and sharing with authorized entities such as Exchanges, Depositories, KRAs, AMCs, and RTAs as per applicable regulations. You are responsible for providing correct and verifiable information.
Transactions between You and the Company through the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation arising out of or relating to these agreements shall be filed only in the competent courts of Bengaluru, India, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction.
Registration with SEBI, membership of BASL, and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or assure returns to investors.
